This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. We take privacy seriously — your data is a weapon in your hands, not ours.
By using Tussle.AI or joining our waitlist, you agree to the terms of this policy.
databaseInformation We Collect
When you join our waitlist:
- Email address (required to notify you of beta access)
- Name (optional, if provided)
- Role and company (optional, if provided)
- How you heard about us (optional)
When you use the Tussle product (beta):
- Audio streams from your sales calls (processed in real-time, not stored unless you opt in)
- Pricing parameters you configure (floor price, target price, margin %)
- Interaction data — which suggestions you acted on, session duration, feature usage
- Integration data from connected tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot)
Automatically collected data:
- IP address and approximate location (country/region level)
- Browser type, operating system, device type
- Page views, referral source, session duration
- Crash reports and error logs

We use your data exclusively to operate and improve Tussle.AI. Specifically:
- To notify you when your beta spot is ready
- To deliver real-time negotiation guidance during your calls
- To personalize the product to your deal parameters and selling style
- To improve our AI models — only with your explicit opt-in consent
- To send product updates, tips, and announcements (unsubscribe anytime)
- To troubleshoot bugs and improve reliability
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever.
micCall Audio & AI Processing
Tussle's core product listens to your sales calls to provide real-time intelligence. Here's exactly how we handle that:
- Real-time processing: Audio is processed live through our AI pipeline to generate suggestions. It is not stored on our servers by default.
- No permanent recording: We do not record or retain call audio after a session ends unless you explicitly enable "Call Memory" in your settings.
- Your deal data stays yours: Floor prices, targets, and margin figures you enter are stored securely and used only to power your session.
- AI training opt-in: We may ask if you'd like to contribute anonymised interaction patterns to improve our models. This is always opt-in, never automatic.
- Consent reminder: You are responsible for ensuring all parties on your calls are aware of and consent to AI analysis as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
shareThird-Party Services
We work with trusted third-party providers to operate our infrastructure. These providers access only the minimum data necessary:
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery
- Supabase / AWS — secure database and cloud infrastructure
- OpenAI / Anthropic — AI inference for real-time suggestions (data is not retained by these providers for training)
- Mailchimp / ConvertKit — email communications (waitlist notifications, product updates)
- Plausible / PostHog — privacy-first analytics (no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting)
All third-party providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
lockData Security
We take security seriously — it's non-negotiable.
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
- Access to production systems is restricted to essential personnel only
- We perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- We maintain incident response procedures and will notify affected users within 72 hours of any breach
- We are working toward SOC 2 Type II compliance
No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to security@tussle.ai.
scheduleData Retention
- Waitlist data: Retained until you request deletion or 24 months after product launch, whichever comes first
- Session/call data: Not retained beyond the active session unless Call Memory is enabled
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion request
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymised, retained indefinitely
- Legal hold: Some data may be retained longer if required by applicable law

- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data

Tussle.AI is a professional B2B tool intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it immediately.
